Who I Am
I'm Chelsea Holden — a native Texan, Spring local, and your Laid-Back Realtor® with Real Broker, LLC. I've been calling Houston home since 2008, and I've lived in the Heights, Oak Forest, and now Spring. I know these neighborhoods the way you know your favorite coffee shop — intimately.
With a background in coaching — as a former coach, I bring something most agents don't: I actually listen. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest moments of your life, and I don't take that lightly. My approach is low-pressure, high-communication, and always in your best interest.
